SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note we fulfill orders on week days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

If applicable, international customers (including the U.S) are responsible for all duties and taxes.This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. Nanmin is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged items.
Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final and non-refundable, however upon receiving a defective, damaged or the wrong item, please contact us immediately to exchange it for you.
Returns of merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, stained, or missing its hang tag) will not be processed.
